Freesat Installation
Freesat is a great way to obtain digital TV, and was developed to enable more households to receive FREE digital television. With approximately 98% of the UK population, able to receive digital TV via a satellite dish, it is the perfect alternative for those who cannot receive a Freeview signal via an aerial.
Freesat will provide digital text and interactive content, providing acces s to the latest news, sports and weather.
Freesat, like Freeview provides a very easy to use on screen Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) , allowing you to see in advance what you want to watch up to 7 days in advance.
NO Subscription.
Apart from the initial cost of the satellite dish installation and the cost of the digital satellite receiver box, there is no subscription to pay. There are approx 140 TV and radio channels to view for free, all at the touch of a button. Unlike Fresat from Sky, there is no need for a card, just plug the box in, enter your postcode, do a scan and away you go.
To help you make the most of what you want to watch on your TV, the new Freesat system will have a built in TV programming guide, providing you with up to date TV listings seven days in advance of when your favourite digital television shows are on. There will also be digital subtitles and audio description available.

Freesat also provides easy access to high definition channels available from the BBC and ITV, stunning picture and vibrant colours are achieved when connected to compatible High Defintion television equipment. No subscription Charges, no minimum contract, just one Payment!
Freesat+
Like Sky+ Freesat+ gives you the ability to watch one program whilst recording another. Recording digital TV, is easy using the on-screen guide, record your favour programs at the touch of a button. All stored digitally on the receiver’s HDD, which can be played back as if it were live TV, in excellent quality.
